George obtained his PhD in the year 2020 from Anna University, Chennai, India, where he started to work on Genetic Code Expansion (GCE). Prior to joining Mehl’s lab, he had a postdoctoral experience at Soonchunhyang University, South Korea. Currently George works on creating stable cell line for GCE. He is also interested to work on GCE with DOPA in mammalian cells.
